From I-79, take the Star City exit and follow signs South to Morgantown.  Follow the main road across the Star City bridge, going straight through the next 2 lights to downtown Morgantown.  As you enter the residential area called Seneca, you will see the Seneca Center on the right with the big red water tower shown below.

From I-68, go to end of I-68 to I-79 and follow North to Star City exit and I-79 instructions above.
